LCMS-2010EV
Offering Enhanced Features for Maximum Sensitivity
The cost-effective solution for an extensive range of applications in the pharmaceutical, educational and environmental fields, the LCMS-2010EV is optimized for HPLC and designed for streamlined analysis. Utilizing the advanced performance features of the LCMS-2010A, the EV offers high sensitivity, stability, and excellent productivity.
New & Key Features include:
Enhanced Ion Source Design
The LCMS-2010EV uses an additional drying gas at the inlet of the capillary, resulting in higher sensitivity and greater control of solvent adduct formation.
Revised Electrospray (ESI) Probe
Supplied as standard, the new ESI probe, modified from fused silica capillary to metal capillary, can operate with flow rates as high as 1mL/minute without requiring flow splitting. It eliminates the concern for absorption of polar compounds, achieves higher signal strength and sensitivity, and vastly improves maintenance.
APPI Method
The atmospheric pressure photo ionization (APPI) method ionizes samples with UV light. It achieves highly sensitive analysis of low-polarity compounds.
Q-arrayTM (patent pending) Ion Guide
The innovative QoQ system consists of a Q-array + Octopole lens + Quadrupole and provides superb ion transmittance and the ultimate ion convergence. The Q-arrayTM precisely focuses ion delivery into the mass analyzer. With the Q-arrayTM and octopole guides, achieve new limits of detection for LC.
Fast Scanning Electronics
The EV supports 6000 amu/second acquisition rates for fast chromatography applications. Peak widths of several seconds may be detected using fast scan rates to maintain spectrum quality without affecting the accuracy and precision of detection.
Multi Sequence Mode
The multi sequence mode enables simultaneous data collection and up to 64 different combinations of experiments to be monitored within each analysis.
Unmatched Productivity
Advanced functionality and LCMSsolution software simplify operation and enable reliable and maximum throughput. Application-driven PsiPort mass directed auto-purification software, designed to meet the needs of medicinal and synthetic chemists, accelerates compound isolation and auto-purification by preparative LC/MS.
