(This software package has been upgraded to the UV Probe)
This software was designed in Windows® to be easy to use, quick and intuitive. It easily interfaces with peripherals and other Windows® software.
- SpeedBox speeds operation by accessing commands without using pull-down menus.
- Dynamic Data Exchange and Clipboard support easily automates data sharing betwen Personal Spectroscopy software and other Windows® applications.
- File open contains a selection filter, based on date, comment, measurement mode and wavelength.
- Peaks, areas, points and regions are selected graphically by simply dragging a cursor with the mouse
and releasing.
- Spectrum scanning function allows display of %T, ABS & energy vs. wavelength at different speed and
(if applicable) resolution.
- Time Course measures changes over time and reports activity.
- Quantitation mode allows calculation of calibration curves and determination of unknowns.
- Output of data in tables, graphs to plotters and all Windows®- compatible devices.
- Manipulation of data through arithmetic constants, calculation of derivatives and logs and file to file calculations.

Ordinate range: Abs: -9.999 ~ +9.999
%T, %R, and E: -99999 ~ +99999
Number of repeated scans: 1 ~ 100
|
| Quantitation Mode |
- Quantitation with single wavelength and measurement with fixed wavelength.
- Quantitation method: Automatic concentration calculation by K-factor, 1-point calibration curve, or multipoint calibration curve (1st ~ 3rd order regression curves).
